Kaluga is in the Centre of the European part of Russia about 160 kilometers southwest of Moscow. Kaluga is a major research and industrial city and is the seat of the provincial government of Kaluga. Here the new Volkswagen factory was plant. All Engineering was charged with the installation of telecommunication and data installation which was built in recent years in two steps.
